HSK-F 63 Tool Holders manufactured of high quality steel that is polished for corrosion resistance. The tool holder (collet chuck) comes with a ball-bearing collet nut that provides more even clamping force as well as the ability to be used for either clockwise or counterclockwise rotating tools. Made in Germany and balanced to G2.5 – Ball Bearing Collet Nut Included. In stock in 3 popular styles, for ER32, ER40 and RDO35 / SYOZ 25 style collets. Common Standards for a wide range of CNC Machining Centers such as Busellato, Homag, IMA, SCM, Felder (Format4), Weeke, Haas and others.

Make tool setup a snap! Tool setup fixtures clamp HSK of ISO tool holders for accurate tool set-up and makes awkward tool handling a thing of the past. When firmly secured to a work bench, the set up fixture accepts the tool holder and offers a safe and effective way to check and tighten the tool into the tool holder using a torque wrench. This insures secure tool assembly without over-tightening the collet nut. A ball bearing in the setup fixture locks the toolholder in position so the collet nut can be tightened without movement. Proper setup eliminates test cuts as well as wasted time and material.
